The topic that I am going to research throughout this semester will be religious practices.

Religion is such a huge part of our lives for those of us who are believers. As a Muslim person who prays five days a day, for some of you that may seem a lot so through this I will be able to know and learn how other people practice their religion and the significance of their practices have. The three subgroups that I want to go deeply into are; Prayers and sacrifices(782), Revelations and divination(787), and Purification and atonement(783). Throughout this research, I will be able to learn how different people from different parts world practice their religion. I think the subgroup that will give me a broad spectrum about the religious practice will be prayers and sacrifices. The three cultures that  I will explore how they practice their religion will be; Yoruba (Nigeria), Uzbeks (Afghanistan), and  Tiwi (Australia)  I choose these three cultures because they are from different parts of the world and I want to learn their similarities and differences.
